The best self-promoted time manager of our times (see Wired for details), Timothy Ferriss had a speech on his ideas of learning and self-improvement techniques on my favourite video podcast channel, TED.
Tim talks about the general way of learning things: fighting the fear, deconstructing the activity, then focusing on the learning. All these explained through a few examples from his life. This is the way how Argentine tango and Japanese language can come together in a presentation.
